No. MaisonVault is not a charity or non-profit organization. We operate as a for-profit business.

Yes. MaisonVault may donate a portion of net proceeds to charitable organizations we support. These donations are made by our business and are not related to individual ticket purchases or entries.

Yes. As of recent regulatory changes, Quebec residents are eligible to participate. All materials are available in French to comply with Quebec's language requirements.

No. You can enter without making a purchase. A free mail-in entry method is available to all eligible participants. Details are provided in our Terms & Conditions.

You can either purchase a ticket online or submit a free mail-in entry. All entries, whether paid or free, are treated equally and have the same odds of winning.

Winners are chosen randomly using a secure and verifiable draw system. A skill-testing question is required for winners to claim their prize.

To comply with Canadian law, winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical question without assistance to be eligible for their prize.

Our draws are open to legal residents of Canada (including Quebec) and the United States, aged 18 or older. Excluded jurisdictions are listed in the Terms & Conditions.

You will be contacted by email or phone. Once your eligibility is verified (including answering the skill-testing question), we’ll arrange secure delivery of your prize at no cost to you. Please note that all applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Each ticket counts as one entry, so purchasing more tickets increases your total number of entries. However, no purchase is necessary to enter, and free entries are given equal weight.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued in rare cases such as:
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions (reported within 7 days)
• If the draw is cancelled before the winner is selected

The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees related to the prize. We do not cover import fees, state taxes, or other local charges. Please check with your local tax authority if you have questions.
